Depth Incremental worms are a second resource in Core Loop's Roblox incremental game: they open at 120,000 Cash, you collect them by running around, and you spend them on their own upgrades. Core Loop has not published a worm guide, and the only detailed look comes from a gameplay video posted on October 31, 2026. Every number below is what that player read off the screen, so treat it as one run and not as a tested rule.
How to unlock Depth Incremental worms
In the gameplay video the player says they need 120,000 Cash for worms, and worms are available once they have it. That is far above the 2,000 Cash that opens the Depth Incremental fossils system, so expect worms to arrive well after your first digs. No other source gives an unlock number, and Core Loop has not confirmed it. The earlier steps, including the 250 Cash tutorial upgrade, are in the Depth Incremental beginner guide.
Collecting Depth Incremental worms
Worms are collected by running around and picking them up. An upgrade called Worm Burrow appears in the video as the player starts collecting, and golden worms show up too, each worth +2 Worms. The value of a normal worm, the spawn rate and what Worm Burrow changes are not published, so we do not guess at them.
Depth Incremental worm upgrades: what worms buy
Worms are not spent in the Cash upgrades. The player first wonders whether worms can be sold, then finds that worm upgrades are bought with Worms instead of Cash. The video names these:
- Worm Value;
- Cash Boost;
- a way to buy Cash with Worms.
The player talks about maxing out upgrades as the run goes on, so levels appear to have a cap. No cap, cost or bonus per level is published. Cash matters because other costs are large: a title roll cost 1 million Cash in the same video, and the Depth Incremental titles guide covers rolling. The upgrade tree is a separate system that became available at about 4 million Cash in that run.
Grub Conversion: trading worms for grubs
Near the boss room the video shows an upgrade that unlocks Grub Conversion, which the game describes as trading your worms for powerful grubs. Getting more grubs needs further upgrades, and there is a Grub Cash upgrade. How many worms make a grub, what grubs do beyond that and what the boss room holds are not published.
What Depth Incremental UPD4 changed for worms or grubs is not published either. Core Loop describes that update as the final area of Section 1.
The Depth Incremental 2x Worms gamepass
The Roblox store lists a 2x Worms gamepass for R$99, added on October 9, 2026. Its store description is blank, so the effect is only implied by the name: it probably doubles the worms you gain. Nobody has published a test of it. The pass is one of seven, and the Depth Incremental gamepasses page lists them all.

At what Cash do worms unlock in Depth Incremental?
At 120,000 Cash, according to the October 31 gameplay video. Core Loop has not confirmed the number.

The studio-wide Depth Incremental Discord server is the official community for Core Loop's games, and the Depth Incremental updates page tracks announced dates.
